Darren Choe

I am an undergraduate student at University of California, Davis pursuing a B.S. Computer Science.

I have worked/interned at Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloudfront, Thermofisher Scientific on their GenAI Innovation team, and startups Umbo Computer Vision and Flow AI. My role centered around Networking Infrastructure, Distributed Systems, and serving machine learning inference.

Recently, I've been into open-source projects agentgateway and kagent, and serve as a member of Istio, a service mesh for Kubernetes.

Outside of building, I coach powerlifting and work to better my sequential thinking!
